Editorial standards
Useful, sourced, and accountable.
Research and sourcing
We prefer official documentation, standards, vendor security advisories, original research, and direct product materials. Secondary sources may provide context but should not replace the primary evidence for technical claims.
AI assistance
AI tools may support research organization, outlines, drafts, and mechanical checks. We do not treat model output as a factual source. Claims must be supported independently, and generated citations are rejected unless the referenced page exists and supports the statement.
Review before publication
Pages are checked for search intent, practical value, unsupported claims, source quality, safety implications, and misleading certainty. High-impact actions involving credentials, destructive commands, money, health, or legal rights require especially clear cautions or are excluded.
Updates and corrections
We show an updated date on articles and revise guides when important product behavior changes. Send correction requests to [email protected].
Commercial disclosure
The site may use advertising or affiliate links in the future. Such relationships will be disclosed and do not purchase a favorable conclusion.
